Janet was a life long Youngstown area resident who had moved to be closer to family in Minnesota just two weeks prior to her death. She was an Ursuline High graduate and had a long career in the Lab dept of North Side hospital. 
Janet was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Mary Siefert as well as her sister Nancy Siefert and Brother-in-law John Sulik. 
She is survived by sisters Jo-Ann Gaytko(Bernie) Of Minnesota and Elizabeth (Betty) Sulik of Michigan and her beloved nieces and nephews, Caren Gaytko (Mary), Bernie Gaytko (Ann), Diane Marlow (Mark), all of Minnesota and Joanie Balwinski (Roger), John Robert Sulik (Jacqueline) and Jeff Sulik (Kathy), all of Michigan,  as well six great nieces and nephews Michael, Meg, Matthew, Max, Owen and Alyssa.   She is also survived by her best friend Wanda Dambrogio of Canfield and her children Kim and Donnie. 
Janet was a gentle soul who loved being with family and friends, playing board games, cards and going to the casino. Her favorite saying was "Let Your Smile Change The World, don't let the world change your smile”.  Thank you Janet for your infectious laughter and unconditional love – we will always treasure the way you touched our lives.  A private service will be held in Youngstown, Ohio at a later date.
