YOUNGSTOWN – Renee Louise Jacqueline Gouette Craley passed away in the care and comfort of her oldest son John V. Craley and Glenna Cannell on Monday evening at 10 p.m. at their home.

Mrs. Craley was born in Paris, France on October 12, 1926 and was a daughter of Maurice and Louise Gouette. She came to this country in 1953 and moved to Champion in 1965.

She was a homemaker, a member of St. Edward Parish, enjoyed life, family and loved to sing and dance.

Mrs. Craley leaves to cherish her memory her children, John V. Craley and his significant other, Glenna Cannell of Youngstown; Michelle Craley Dawson and her husband Tom of Austintown; Steven Craley of Champion; son in law, Larry L. Coons of Ft. Myers, Florida; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren  in Ohio, Florida, California and Pennsylvania.  

Beside her parents, Mrs. Craley was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin S. Craley of over 53 years; and a daughter, Nicole Craley Coons.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 28, 2017 in St. Edward Church celebrated by Monsignor Robert Siffrin where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10 to 10:45 a.m. in the church.
