YOUNGSTOWN – A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:15 am Monday, May 6th in St. Edward Church, celebrated by Reverend Monsignor Robert Siffrin, for Anna Marie Diana, 85, of Youngstown, who passed away early Tuesday morning at Heritage Manor with her family by her side.
Miss Diana was born in Youngstown on Jan. 12, 1934 and was a daughter of Anthony C. and Rose Colao Diana and was a lifelong member of the community.
She was a homemaker and the family caretaker, enjoyed cooking and a member of St. Edward Parish.
Miss Diana leaves to cherish her memory her siblings, Edward Diana; Thomas Diana; Michael Diana; Marie (Richard) Cataline; Charlie (Diane) Diana and Rosemary Diana Green; several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Miss Diana was preceded in death by her siblings, James Diana, Julia Yurkovich and Doris Capezzuto.
The Diana family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to St. Elizabeth Health Center, Hospice of the Valley, Heritage Manor and a very special thank you to her nephew and niece, Steve and Trisha Diana for the compassion and wonderful care that was shown to their sister.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, contribution may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 2 to 5 pm Sunday, May 5th at the McCauley Funeral Home and from 10 to 11 Monday May 8th at St. Edward Church.
