I just today learned of the death of my friend Jeff, and my heart hurts terribly. We lived together in the mid 1980's in ''Mephisto House'' along with Greg, Rich, and Doug, and Jeff used to joke about how instead of moving out, he got to stay home while his parents moved out and Jeff got to have his friends move in! We had so much fun together, going to see bands, having a couple drinks ( or maybe a bit more! ), watching old movies at the downtown theater, meals, parties, music, Jeff helping me to learn how to play the piano in the dining room a little bit (even though I was terrible!! ) - just running around, together and with others, living life in a much different, much simpler time, having a good time the way young people do. What a great time in my life! Jeff I'm sorry we didn't keep in touch, I guess sometimes that's what happens, but I'm grateful for your friendship, for the great times we had, and will always remember you dearly. I hope somehow, someway, our paths cross again. I love you old friend. To Jeffs family and loved ones, I know several years have passed, I hope you are all OK, or least getting there.
It's a hard road.
Love and Peace to All.
