YOUNGSTOWN – A gathering of family and friends will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the McCauley Funeral Home, 230 Broadway Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44504, for Dr. Klara Trusova, 90, who passed away Wednesday afternoon at her residence.

Dr. Trusova was born May 23, 1927 in Russia and came to the Youngstown area and to the United States in 1993.

She was an educator at the Leningrad Technological Institute where she taught chemistry for many years and upon coming to this country she became a Nanny and was responsible for raising four children.

Dr. Trusova leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Tatyana Shulman and her husband Yury of Chesterland; granddaughters, Juliette Hockfelder and her husband Ted and Margarita Zhbankov and her husband Igor; and great grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Allie, Pasha and N ika.

She volunteered at Heritage Manor, enjoyed reading, listened to classical music and because of that interest she took pleasure in going to the Youngstown Symphony.
