GIRARD- Fred R. Smith, 55, of Girard passed away Wednesday evening at Select Specialty Hospital in Youngstown.  Fred was born Jan. 9, 1960 in Youngstown and was a son of Fred R. Smith and Judy F. Mock and was a lifelong member of the community.  He was a 30 year employee of Pyramid Construction with lifelong friends Bob Delbene and Bob Wellington. He enjoyed camping, fishing and having a few spirits with all his friends and attended Liberty Schools.  Fred will be sadly missed by his children, Fred R. Smith III and Cheyenne Marie Smith and grandchildren, Haley, Destiny and Justice Smith; a brother, David H. (Sharri L.) Smith; and nieces, Aubrey and Karley Smith whom he loved so dearly; he is also survived by uncles, aunts and countless cousins all who loved and will miss him. Besides his parents Fred was preceded in death by his step father, Roger D.
