BOARDMAN – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Charles Borromeo Church for James B. McAtee, 75, who passed away Thursday at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Mr. McAtee was born July 25, 1939 in Youngstown and was a son of John Raymond and Catherine Colleran McAtee.
He was employed by U.S. Steel working at both Youngstown and Lorain and after being laid off from the Lorain plant he worked for the Boardman Road Department.
Mr. McAtee was a member of the church, enjoyed reading, history, geography and spending time with his nieces and nephews and a great niece and great nephews, was an Army Reserve, a 1957 graduate of Ursuline High School and a graduate of Youngstown State University.
He leaves to cherish his memory; sister, Patty (David) McNicholas of Naples, Florida; a brother, Raymond McAtee of Boardman; several nieces and nephews and a great niece and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the McCauley Funeral Home and from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at St. Charles Borromeo Church
