AUSTINTOWN – A Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Church, Austintown for Mary Rita Coyle, 94, who passed away peacefully Tuesday morning at Omni Manor Health Care Center with her family by her side.
Miss Coyle was born Sept. 1, 1919 in Youngstown and was a daughter of Peter and Agnes O'Hara Coyle and was a lifelong member of the community.
She was a secretary at Wean United for many years and retired in 1982, a member of the church and former member of St. Patrick and St Dominic Churches, was an avid bowler enjoying her time in the McKay Bowling League, a 1937 graduate of Ursuline High School and a graduate of the Business School at the Youngstown College.
Miss Coyle leaves to cherish her memory, nephews, Peter (Mary) Sheehan of Youngstown and Thomas (Gail) Sheehan with whom she made her home; and two great nephews, Joseph and Michael.
Beside her parents Miss Coyle was preceded in death by her sister and brother in law, Winifred and Clarence T "Pete" Sheehan; a brother, William Coyle and a niece, Mary Claire Sheehan.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday at the McCauley Funeral Home and from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Saturday at the church.
