YOUNGSTOWN-Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at the McCauley Funeral Home for Mary Louise Wire, 79, of Youngstown who passed away Sunday afternoon at her residence with her family by her side. Mrs. Wire was a daughter of Marion and Katherine Wilson and was born in Youngstown on Feb. 14, 1936 and a lifelong member of the community. She was a homemaker, an avid bingo player, enjoyed reading and was a former member of St. Patrick Parish in Youngstown. Mrs. Wire leaves to cherish her memory her husband of over 61 years, Ronald E. Wire whom she married Dec. 27, 1954; children, Lora Irvine of Niles; Ronald (Kathy) Wire, Jr. of McDonald; Robert (Lisa) Wire of Austintown; James Wire of Struthers; and Lisa (Joseph) Armes of Youngstown; brother, John (Judy) Wilson of Boardman; 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, David W. Wire. The family will receive relatives and friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
