HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA – Nancy Ann Miller, 62, of Huntington Beach passed away Wednesday, June 15 at the Hoag Medical Center with her family by her side.
Nancy who was known as "Nate" was born Nov. 4, 1953 in Youngstown and was a daughter of the late George Bernard "Bundy" and Lynette Callahan Miller and moved to California after serving in the U.S. Army.
Nate was employed by the Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA as a registered nurse and retired from Boeing in the Human Resource Leave Department.   She served in the U.S Army from 1974 to 1977 serving as a Clinical Specialist in Okinawa.  Nate was a 1971 graduate of Ursuline High School and a graduate of the Choffin School of Nursing.
She leaves to cherish her memory, brothers, Bundy Jr., Daniel, James, Paul (Mandy), Thomas (Julie) all of Youngstown; John of Gastonia, North Carolina; and William (Kerrie) Of Avon, Ohio; sisters, Marilyn Miller of Youngstown; Rosemary (Chris) DeMain of Maumee; Kathleen (Thomas) Kopacz of Dayton; Janet (James) Lincoln of Westminister, CA; Patricia (Lou) Rohach of Youngstown and Lynette (William) Whipple of Lake Forest, CA.  Nate had many great nieces and nephews whom she loved but, she had a very special bond with Nikki and Sam Whipple.  They gave her the nickname of "Aunt Nate."
