BOARDMAN – Rebecca A. Nottingham, 77, of Boardman passed away the evening of January 25, 2023 at Covington Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in East Palestine.

Mrs. Nottingham was a daughter of William Joseph and Emma Simmons Jones was born August 13, 1945 in Akron, Ohio.

She worked as a laborer in factories and was a member of Christ Our Savior Parish in Struthers.

Mrs. Nottingham enjoyed shopping where she was always looking for that special bargain and her time at the casinos. She was a graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Duane Nottingham whom she married June 30, 1979; sister, Harriet Moore of Ashland; brother, James Jones in Florida; grandson, Robert Nottingham of Canfield.

Besides her parents Mrs. Nottingham was preceded in death by a son Robert Nottingham who passed away in 2009; sisters, MaryEllen Klinghagen, Ruth Warren, Jennifer Knubb; and a brother, John David Jones.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 11 a.m. in Christ Our Savior Parish celebrated by Father Philip Rogers and please meet at church.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers that contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38015
