LIBERTY TOWNSHIP – Robert V. Edwards, Jr. 69, of Liberty Township passed away late Friday afternoon, October 31, 2025 at his residence.

Bob was born Thursday, February 9, 1956 in Akron and a son of Robert V. and Helen Edwards and came to the Youngstown Community in 1992.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Education with a Major in Special Education and taught for the Youngstown Board of Education for over 17 years at East and North High School.

Bob leaves to cherish his memory, his wife the former, Kathleen Kane who he married June 14, 1994; daughter, Rachel Edwards; sister, Patricia (Bud) Hoffman and the Kane family.

Bob was preceeded in death by his parents.
