Christine Ann Dota

YOUNGSTOWN – A Private Memorial Service was today for Christine Ann Dota, 57, of Youngstown who passed away Thursday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Boardman Medical Center celebrated by, Monsignor Robert Siffrin, at the McCauley Funeral Home.

 Christine was born November 17, 1961 in Youngstown and was a daughter of Raymond and Joyce Moriarty Dota and was a lifelong member of the community.

She was a graduate of Boardman High School, attended Youngstown State with broadcasting as her major, loved to read and was passionate about music especially the Beatles.

Christine leaves to cherish her memory, sisters, Jeanne (Gregory) Stenglein of Tamarac, Florida; Janet (Eric) Lester of Tucson, Arizona; brother, Ray (Mary) Dota of Canfield; nieces and nephews, Shelley Stenglein, Stephen Stenglein, Michael Dota and Kristen Dota.

As an independent and strong woman she also was sweet, trustworthy and a loving sister and aunt.

Christine was preceded in death by her parents.
