AUSTINTOWN – Jeanne was born in Struthers, Ohio, on January 31, !945, her dad died when she was 14 this shaped and molded her. Jeanne married Mike Ruiz in 1962, they were only days away from being married 59 years! Together they have four children: Richard, Melonie, Lisa, and Liza and eight grandchildren: Jena, Michael, Jason, Elaina, Nicole, Jade, Mckenzee and Mariah and six great grandchildren.
Jeanne loved reading a gift she passed on to all of us and even some of her grandchildren, she also loved photography and even won awards at it. Jeanne took loving care of her handicap grandson. For decades she was a beautiful advocate who constantly fought for him; and children like him. Mommy was often misunderstood; but when she loved you, she really loved you and you never wondered if she did. I will miss getting surprised gifts from her from QVC every so often.
Jeanne passed away in her daughter’s home on Oct. 23, 2021 surrounded by family that loved her and whom she deeply loved. I know she was thrilled to be welcomed into heaven by her mom Hazel, her dad Harry, she spent her whole life missing, and her beautiful granddaughter Elaina. Till we meet again, we will always miss you and love you, Babe.
