Youngstown—Shari Lane Pritchard, 57, of Youngstown, Ohio, died peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 surrounded by her sister and friend Sharon, after spending the last year dealing with a very rare form of cancer.
She was born on December 3, 1961, in Jackson, Ohio, the daughter of Gordon “Ned” Pritchard and the late Laverne Pritchard.
Shari grew up in Warren, Ohio, and graduated from Howland High School in 1980. She continued her education at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh majoring in Visual Communications and in 1982 earning her Associates Degree in Specialized Technology. She was a talented artist and creative thinker both in her design work and coming up with ideas that would make people laugh. Her twisted sense of humor and tender heart is what endeared her to many friends and family. She enjoyed fishing, music and making people laugh.
Shari’s memory will always be treasured by her loving father Ned Pritchard of Warren, Ohio sister Diane Berryman (Bob) from Westerville, Ohio long time special friends and helpers the Pallay family. Denny, Sharon, Wendy, Jonathan, Heather, Zachary, Gizaila and Camdyn; step nieces: Brooke Samuels (Ross) Keri Thomas (Shep) and Jodie Berryman (Youssef); cousins: Scott Wright (Linda), Traci Radick(Todd) and Cathy Coyan. She is preceded in death by mother LaVerne Pritchard; cousins: Jeff Coyan and Penny Coyan.
